questions you might have.

- Am I bidding on the full price
of the parcel or am I bidding on a
down payment?
- Title
- Is the title clear? (Free of
liens, easements, and other
encumbrances)
- Can I get title insurance at my
own expense? (eBay has teamed with
First American Title Company to
offer title insurance to eBay
users.)
- What are the easements on the
property?
- Are there CCRs, or covenants,
codes and restrictions, on the
property?
- What type of deed will I be
getting?
- Am I bidding on an "undivided
interest?" Undivided interests are
not permitted on eBay. Please report

- Zoning
- What are the permitted and
non-permitted uses?
- What types of structures are
permitted? Mobile homes?
- Can the property be subdivided?
- Access
- Is there deeded access?
- Is it landlocked?
- Utilities: Are
utility and other municipal services
hookups readily available? (Power,
water, sewer)
- Other
- Can I see a copy of the plat
map?
- Is the property in a flood zone?
Is there a homeowner's association?
